Q: Am I still able to get repairs carried out on my vehicle?

A: Yes - provided your vehicle is used in relation to Essential Services or is your only means to a local doctor, pharmacy or supermarket.  Jaguar Land Rover authorised retailers are on-call to assist.

Q: Am I still able to get my car serviced?

A: Sorry no, scheduled service maintenance is not deemed to be essential during current
Covid-19 status. Please call your local Jaguar Land Rover retailers so an appointment can be scheduled as soon as the Alert level criteria changes.

Q: What if my Service Plan is due or expires during lockdown or I am in self-isolation when this occurs?

A: An extended grace period is available to you - 3,200kms or two months, whichever occurs sooner post the due service date/mileage.

Q: What if I have a warranty issue in lockdown and my Warranty is about to expire or I am in self-isolation?

A: Immediately contact your local Jaguar Land Rover retailer by e-mail and copy and discuss your concern. While the warranty is not extended, a repair maybe carried out within 2 months after the warranty period.

Q: Is Jaguar Land Rover Roadside Assistance still available?

A: Yes - Provided your vehicle is used in relation to Essential Services or is your only means to a local doctor, pharmacy or supermarket.

Q: Are you still taking sales enquiries?

A: Yes, Retailers will be contactable via phone and email during this period to discuss options with you.

Q: Am I still able to take a model for a test drive?

A: While test drives are not currently possible due to the temporary closure of our Retailers, many are still taking future bookings and appointments. We recommend that you contact your preferred retailer to schedule a test drive, to ensure a shorter waiting time when restrictions are lifted.
